Why do i need a vet consent form?

Three shires canine massage therapy respects the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966 and Exemption Order 2015 and will never perform massage therapy without gaining veterinary consent.

When providing consent, your vet can list any previously diagnosed medical conditions which allow us to create a treatment plan which is specific for your dogs’ needs.

Please note: After any vaccination or booster jab I will require a 2 week period before I am able to massage your dog. Please inform me of this when booking an appointment.

Please have a signed copy of your veterinary consent form for your first appointment. I am unable to massage your dog without this.
